Payments
Purchases made using credit or debit card information, our website accepts most credit cards & debit cards as well as PayPal. Any payment options selected at checkout of the purchase section, the payment processor will collect your data which is considered confidential to complete the purchase process. These payment processors will encrypt & store this information in their relevant secure servers. We do not collect or save your credit card or debit card details in our data collection, nor do we have access to your credit card or debit card information at any time during the payment process.


Different shipping location
If you are shipping to a location other than your billing location, the information of the shipping address will only be kept on record for logistics purposes for shipment & delivery confirmation where applicable. We will not disclose to any third-party or share the information provided by you for shipping to a different recipient or location.

Incomplete purchases
If you initiated to purchase any of our products but have not completed the purchase process, you may have provided partial information, such as your email, we may send you an email reminder about your interest. If you do not wish to receive any reminders of unfinished purchases, simply let us know by email to hello@akoustyx.com & we will have the ‘Opt-Out’ option to disengage & you will stop receiving reminders.
